. . . . appear on "Upbeat" the hit musical variety show that features musical talent from around the world. "Upbeat" showcases musical talent of all genres.
Not based on competition but talent, designed to encourage the pursuit of dreams. The Upbeat Dancer Show is a revival of a show that originally aired and was nationally syndicated from 1964 to 1971 titled, Upbeat. It was filmed entirely in Cleveland, Ohio, the home of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The careers of some of the biggest acts in the country were launched after they performed on Upbeat.
Fall 2016 “Upbeat” seen by millions airs throughout Ohio, Detroit Michigan, Windsor Canada, Chicago Illinois, NW Indiana, SE Wisconsin, Seattle and Tacoma. Each season Upbeat works closely with local radio stations promoting “Upbeat” and the musical talent appearing weekly. This unique multicultural broadcast offers talent of all ages, an opportunity to promote and showcase their, dancing and musical talentsnationwide.
Filming for the singing upcoming season begins June 20 in Cleveland Ohio.
Artists interested in appearing on Upbeat must submit two songs with lyrics along with a video selfie telling us about themselves, their music, and why they would like to appear on the show. Covers are not accepted. All music must be originals and copy written through the Library of Congress.

• You are not required to submit the $250 administration fee until Upbeat receives and approves your music and lyrics and you receive confirmation of your appearance by Upbeat.
• Transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the participants. Hotel discounts will be made available to all participants.
• The Upbeat show will provide transportation to and from the airport.
• You will receive a copy of your performance after the show airs.
