Why does everyone think just because they may be able to sing think that everything in this business should be for FREE. Somewhere people heve forgot that musicians,engineers,producers,studios,promotors,booking agencies.ect (I think you get my point) have bills to pay too. We you go to the music store and find something you want and like do you ask them to give it to you for free and tell them how wonderful you are......I'LL bet not....you pay for it or you don't get it. I'm so tired of people wanting something for free. And while were talking about free loaders who have nothing to offer......Do any of you really know how much real albums that the major artist records cost.......I'll help you they start at about 150,000.00 to 300,000.00 and they sell for around 10 to 18 dollars. You want to records yours at 2000.00 for ten songs. now what should it sell for .....HUM! have you caught on yet?????? If it was that way don't you think the major artist would do it that way toooooo. Part 2 Promotion of an album........omg if it wasn't for facebook what would 99% of you do?????? Maybe hire a real record promotor that has spent years working with artist from all over,oh wait thats right they will charge you a fee, although they have been great about making HIT RECORDS but you would rather talk about it than do it. Lets see ...I wonder why the major artist hire 2 and 3 record promotors when they ship out a record,,,when they could just do facebook,cd baby,ect Lets think about that.......Oh yea they want a hit record because thats how they get people like us to know who they are where we'll go buy the album. But AMATEURS you have it all figured out. GOOD JOB maybe the majors will catch on soon. hahahahaha!
