Citizen Insane is working with Chad Clark of Silver Sonya in Washington D.C. to finish up mastering on their new E.P. Art work is also in it's infant stages and the band is excited to be working with their favorite local artist on the project. This is gearing up to be an interesting year for Citizen Insane.
