Believing in your team will help your team prosper. Everyone has to be on the same page or you'll be doomed from the start. You can always try to venture off and do things yourself, but you might be cutting yourself short if you do so. Try pairing up with some people like you, or the people you already know...get together and start making things happen. Don't wait for anyone, if you see a teammate slacking help them out. Be the backbone of your team if no one else wants to be. That's called LEADERSHIP!
