For people with existing CDs, we offer marketing and distribution and give you 60% of all sales, you are not tied in any way and can market your CDs yourself too in any other way you wish. We also give you web space on out site for videos, photos and brief biog.
This costs you nothing and you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
The simple download contract is attached. All I need is a copy of each CD and the artwork
plus any Biography, photos and the address of any videos that can be used to help promote the CDs.
Please make sure each CD includes any credits you may want mentioned on the web site.
We will sell albums downloads at £5.99 and you will receive 60% of this.
You will be notified by email by Purpular Records of each download sale by email
Purpular Records will pay you for any sales on a monthly basis on the first day of each month via PayPal. All sales reports will be sent with payment. Band/artist can also ask Purpular Records for up to date sales reports at any time. purpularrecords@googlemail.co.uk
Please print out 2 copies of the attached contract, sign them both, date them and add your email and paypal address for payments, then send both copies back to me. I will also sign both contracts and return one of the copies back to you by return post.
This contract will be valid for a minimum if two years from signing and will continue unless cancelled in writing at the end of the contact period giving Purpular Records one months notice to terminate the contract.
