another update on the CANDY HARLOTS new cd IM A LOVER IM A SLUT, Ive uncovered yet more unreleased studio tracks, so be prepared for a double album!
ive decided to release the demos i recorded while in the candy harlots that we never got around to playing live, and the stuff i demo'd up to 2000 before i went totally blues, some songs have guests like marc dehugar and andrew kobin (rip) who played the lead guitar, until i got good enough to do the guitar playing myself!
obviously it starts out very harlot sounding, and gradually gets a little bluesy by the end, but there are some real gems amongst it, and it will give you a bit of an idea of what the harlots might have sounded like if i hadnt of left!
Ive found 2 songs that were part of the 84 demo REMEBER ME and DANCING TO THE GUNS
and a re-recording of HONESTY from 93, unfortunately the original has never been found
and a dance re-working of HOW CAN I TELL YOU, YOUVE CHANGED and MEMORIES OF LOVE from 94
