Brian Bethke from Promotion Records plays the role of a music industry professional by working with our artists while he is still and artist himself working away and finding connections on the site. He sent us an email with the following updates: Just wanted email you a copy of Promotion Music Records Magazine that MusicXray is featured in. Also, through music Xray I got a guaranteed Audition for NBC's The Voice. I went and auditioned in Minneapolis MN and received a call back but unfortunately didn't make it through to the show but it still was a great opportunity. Right now I am in the process of putting together the Underdog radio podcast featuring the artists that submitted through Music Xray and will get you a copy as soon as it is done. Music Xray has been the centerpiece of my growing career and I wanted to thank you. Here is a new song I just posted today!

It’s this simple.
If you think you should not have to expend resources getting your music heard by the gatekeepers of opportunity you will simply be out-competed by artists who understand the way the music business has changed over the past few years.
We’re providing a way forward.
Musicians can no longer expect to create a great product and to then be discovered by happenstance (not to say that was a very good system in the past either). They especially cannot expect industry professionals to give their time away for free to listen to and evaluate their music when there are so many unsigned artists out there requesting their time and attention.

Read the post and if you have not signed up as a music fan to find all the great artists on our site you can do so here.
