We are currently seeking new material from artists that wish to license their music for use in film, television, music-oriented advertising, and/or the Citation Records Compilation Vol. 2.

In addition to submission for film / TV placement consideration, Citation Records will deliver preferred Artists and songs to radio programming directors, and others in their network of industry partners. Other opportunities for Artist Development and promotion also exist for selected Artists seeking label support.

Brad Paisley is an American country music singer-songwriter and country guitarist. His style crosses between traditional country and Southern rock, and his songs are frequently laced with humor and pop culture references.

Paisley was the 2008 CMA and ACM Male Vocalist of the Year winner. Starting with the release of his 1999 album Who Needs Pictures, Paisley has recorded seven studio albums and a Christmas compilation on the Arista Nashville label, with all of his albums certified gold or higher by the RIAA. In addition, he has charted 25 singles on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs charts, 15 of which have reached #1 with a record 10 consecutive singles reaching the top spot on the charts. The agency is seeking an happy/cheerful/celebratory song that will appear as the centerpiece of an international advertising campaign for a major consumer brand. The ads will begin running internationally in the spring of 2011 and continue through the summer.

A catchy, celebratory, cheerful sing-along chorus is a big plus but we're open to other ideas as well. Sometimes we don't recognize it until we hear it.
