The music industry is saturated with artist who are hungry to be heard and exposed with the idea and dream of, someday, reaching celebrity status to the likes of Bieber, Usher and Pitbull (just to name a few).However, an obstacle that artist sometimes encounter is the lose of focus on their craft and material only to be replaced by the amount of people that come to their shows or # of CD/downloads sales.
As a management firm that works with Christian artist, it is important to understand that it's not about quantity but about quality. Artist should nurture more the quality of music and lyrics they put out and I believe that everything else will follow. Always think out of the box.
