Waadup World, Biz here bringing you DARTHLAND's very first blog entry.
We're still in the early stages of getting things organized, but we have some badass artists who have lent their expertise to the DARTHLAND project. Among these are: Brett Duty, Michael Salyers, Josh Stanley, and Robert Rippeth, all working on their own respective projects.
Really, theres not much to say here at the moment besides, theres an acoustic show going down in Athens WV (at Brush Creek Falls) this coming Saturday that's been organized by Rob, a documentary on Our Struggle that's in the planing stage, and a few other ideas floating about.
In the past few days, this DARTHLAND dealie has started coming together rapidly, and we're in the process of pulling in some photographers, cinematographers, promoters, and graphic designers to further DARTHLAND's cause.
DARTHLAND is open to anybody who'd like to be involved in the scene, so if you'd like to lend your talents, whatever they may be, you can become part of the DARTHLAND clique and get your name out with the rest of us.
The old adage goes, "Strength in numbers", and that's precisely the idea of the DARTHLAND commune: To help all involved overcome the adversity of Southern West Virginia.
But, i guess that'll be all for this update... I'm off to finish the ReverbNation and make some phone calls about the project.
