some people say that the record label is over but one member of the company 'michael' says that 'it seems to be over but i will take over it, even tho all the pressure is building up and some people are giving up but, i will try to do my best to keep this company on point no matter how hard it is.
and also later on he become the manager on thursday 14th july 2011 he said to everyone that 'im turning this from a record label to a group so it would be easier to handle'

because some of the artist are slacking about and messing around not doing the right thing which put into michael mind that there not serious yet and they not up for it for another few years

he made new changes (michael) he decide that he not ready to be the manager so he turn the record label into a group so it would be easier after it goes on a easy level for him he will proceed to run the record company as normal
but for now he focusing on his main artists so they could get a head start so they would know what they will do when michael not around because some of them are still in high school and few of them have finished high school ready to go to there 1st year of college

michael made a cover of nelly just a dream but with different lyrics on both 1st & 2nd verse most people liked it
it now on reverbnation and soon it will be on youtube very shortly so stay tuned
and also he brung back the memories of the track he made with kausar long ago called 'too late' and this is a update of what he was been doing lately and also he made a track called devine freestyle which is not finished completely but will be done by the falls of july

after taking kausar chy away from yung jammin which has violated the contract terms and condition so now yung jammin is not coperating with blackjack anymore

were not sure what they are called but kausar booked apointment with them next weekend but to have aproval if they are ready or not they have to send a demo or a track to michael to see aproval so he could tell the boy band if they are ready or not

on that day they meet BurgaBoy but following on they met 2 more guest 'Angle & Nia Jai
also on that following day only 4 people came to the studio and they recorded 2 tracks and now waiting for Burgaboy to send it to Michael so he can upload it and that.

Analysis need to make there mind said michael
