80s Valley Dude.

California Born in 1966 to a Cajon, from Lafayette, Louisiana my father and a Italian mother who was born in Los Angeles,they had two more children, my younger brother of a year and half and a sister younger of 3 years. Unfortunately my parents divorced when I was 4 and so it was up to my grandmother raised me and my brother, my sister went to live with my mother, we were all in the same town of Burbank. Father left us and I never understood why. We managed through our grade school years happy, full of music and having a big family ,mainly of cousins who would always pick on me to be their mascot of having an excuse to go to a party, i was always around people who played music, My former nick name "Tommyboy." During my early teens and in my 20s I went through that whole Hollywood scene in clubs and saw a lot of famous bands before they were famous, but did grow up fast with no direction in life really. I graduated high school in 1984 after a short stint in summer school to make up for some credits i lost for being such a rebel out in the San Fernando Valley.Seen a lot of travel with some Grateful Dead Fans for those 8 years and lived in trailer parks and campgrounds.I eventually went back to the San Fernando Valley, Burbank, Glendale cities in 1997.I fell on hard times because of my own demons with heroine, started to use, found my self in a hospital for it.

I did get cleaned up in Pasadena rehab for 30 days but only after I learned that there was a God out there waiting for me. the church also had a program called chemical Recovery Class , so i went. Was invited to a church service outdoors and who could resist an out door park gathering with a BBQ? Anyway this Church, the International church's of Christ was at first look was weird because everyone was so happy with hugs and crying and encouraging on one another, looked like a real family, I couldn't believe it, it was then I new I have found something to help me find my way back, they helped me through my drug addiction-praise God and through that first year of learning about God, my heroine addiction slipped away day by day, using less and eventually not at all. My music quality and the musician friends i have , and personally know gave me comfort when the chips were down, it was mainly them and there music, so thank you gang ♥ . I was taught a few times by Randy Rhoads fame lead guitarist of Quiet Riot and Ozzy Osbourne band, my neighbor went to the same high school as him and he would come over after some local parties and play, i got a pat on the back from musicians like Chris Cornel and Sandy West after having backstage passes, i was a local at the Hollywood Palace ,and Gazzarris on sunset , saw a lot of bands before puberty no thanks to my older cousins LOL that later became famous like Guns and Roses and Great White, a music connoisseur who does not take it for granted, i show little insights here and there of what i know about the bands I've seen, followed and have red about over my whole life, didn't have much of a childhood but had a great time in my discoveries :-)) I keep on rocking now but as a hobby i play my guitars and give my 100% to those who are in need of a kind word or two.
