Music Industry Exposure Is Key

Getting exposure in the music industry can be a challenge. Artists must understand that there are over 50 million recording artists around the world looking to break into the music industry while the number of record label A&Rs worldwide are only in the thousands. Paid exposure is a big advantage that works, reason being many artists are just to cheap or are just not serious enough about their music career to spend the money. A&rs are always in search of new artists to generate money for the label so dont ever believe the hype that labels are not signing. Many major labels use submission firms like www.recordlabelsubmit.com to get the demos of quality artists. Yes they charge a $25 submission fee to the artist but thats the secret to limiting the number of non serious artists that are ready to waste our time & their own by sending in spam etc. Other methods may include sponsored ads on facebook that links directly to the artists Facebook page, website etc. Mike Lee Atlantic records
