AngelNaphtalie's featured Artist on Reverbnation.com-'Pressure Cooker'

Check out Reverbnation.com/fan/airwave2angel7radio To see some of the Artists and Bands that AngelNaphtalie has been checking out, and networking with.

This February is coming to a closing, and Angel is keeping here promise that she would feature an Artist on her profile.

The featured artist and band this time around is the band called: "Pressure Cooker". This band has been in the Boston Area for a long long time, and toughing it out, and hitting some local clubs and venues, like 'the Lizard Lounge', and several clubs in Allston, Brighton, Jamaica Plain, and beyond. Most of the members are boston based. I encourage you to check out their profile site and hear their music, and see their video. They are more of a ska type reggae band, with a very interesting flavor. They have a very diverse audience that follows the band faithfully. The Pressure Cooker is on, don't get burned, just enjoy and have fun.

This is another Angel Pick for the Airwaves. Support the Artist, buy their music.

Featured Artist This week...from the Angel of the Airwaves!

This week my featured artist on my radio show was: 'SoulJahs', a band that has not been in circulation for about 8 Years now, from my research, and interview with the Drummer of that Band, Glen Grant. He stated that the band is currently on hold, and the members are doing their own things in the music industry on their own. The album, 'Our time is now' is still going strong, and still gets airplay. As a radio DJ, I feel it is a vintage album, and should be played more often, and brought up to full speed. It has a unique flavor, and rightiousness too it. The Lyrical content is powerful, and to the point about what is going on in the world, or what I should say, what was in the mind of the singer and the band when they were performing and recording back in those times, was prophecy in the making. But they won't take the credit due to them, and they feel they were doing 'Jah's Music' as Souljahs should, and no credit or merits could change the mission or their chosen paths. All in All, the music, lyrics and Album are a refreshing old school treat. So, Angel Naphtalie gives them 10 scores for overall points on her scale.
