We did a similar mountain run last month with a car from https://roscar.am/car-rental-yerevan/ I explicitly told them our route during booking, and they prepped a crossover with deep-tread tires and perfect brakes. The car handled the steep inclines like a charm, and they didn't charge any ridiculous "cleaning fees" for the dust when we brought it back.
