Do not throw up what you do not wish to catch!

Forgive and Forget... The objective in forgive and forget is to forgive. The bible says in Matthew 18:21-35 (NIV): Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, "Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother when he sins against me? Up to seven times?" Jesus answered, "I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times. "Therefore, the kingdom of heaven is like a king who wanted to settle accounts with his servants. As he began the settlement, a man who owed him ten thousand talents was brought to him. Since he was not able to pay, the master ordered that he and his wife and his children and all that he had be sold to repay the debt. "The servant fell on his knees before him. 'Be patient with me,' he begged, 'and I will pay back everything.' The servant's master took pity on him, canceled the debt and let him go. "But when that servant went out, he found one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred denarii. He grabbed him and began to choke him. 'Pay back what you owe me!' he demanded. "His fellow servant fell to his knees and begged him, 'Be patient with me, and I will pay you back." But he refused. Instead, he went off and had the man thrown into prison until he could pay the debt. When the other servants saw what had happened, they were greatly distressed and went and told their master everything that had happened. "Then the master called the servant in. 'You wicked servant,' he said, 'I canceled all that debt of yours because you begged me to. Shouldn't you have had mercy on your fellow servant just as I had on you?' In anger his master turned him over to the jailers to be tortured, until he should pay back all he owed. "This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother from your heart." However, you should remember this incident in order to learn from it, move on, and to prevent the same thing from happening again. It is not for either one of you to hold on to until the next dispute and then throw it up in one another's face. If that is the case then the person you said you forgave, you did not. You told that person what they wanted to hear,a lie, and then went on about your business while holding a grudge. Ephesians 4:26 (NIV) states this: In your anger do not sin": Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry... When you are holding a grudge, you still have anger towards that other person. Some people hold grudges for years and years. Until out of nowhere, that person just errupts, and it all comes out from years and years of holding it in that have come and gone. Many times, one of you has forgotten all about the situation up until the point and time the other person decides to bring it back up. It is ridiculous, but alot of people do it. Matthew 5:21-24 (NIV): "You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, 'Do not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.' But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to his brother, 'Raca,' is answerable to the Sanhedrin. But anyone who says, 'You fool!' will be in danger of the fire of hell. "Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to your brother; then come and offer your gift. Do not put yourself back into a messed up situation regardless of he say, she say, relationships, friendships, family members, coworkers, etc. Remember what happened to you in times past. Research your Bible and find your solution. But no matter how bad the mistake made, you must forgive because you have already been forgiven. May God add a blessing to His word. Peace and God bless you always!!!

The Crows Anthem

http://www.youtube.com/watch#!v=fXLTzSZHtHc&feature=related Crows Anthem This is a tribute, but also a lesson. The Scarecrow was hanging on a pole while the crows taunted him about wanting to get down, reading, and quoting making him feel low and not very intelligent. Because they made him feel stuck in the position he was in, they made him tell them what they wanted to hear. After stating the crows laws and singing the crows anthem along came Dorothy who made the darkness leave and brought light into the Scarecrow's life. I am not sure if this is making any sense to you all, but what I am trying to say is, many people in the world feel as though they are stuck in the world's ways because they feel if they go to church, read the bible, get saved, wear their pants right, talk proper, do good on tests and do their homework, say no to drugs, say no to alcohol, go against what their friends want them to do, care for others, etc. Then they will be teased and made fun of, but God can come and take away the darkness and bring light into your life if you allow him to. He can save you from whatever it is you are going through just like Dorothy saved the Scarecrow from the crows. He will be a friend when you are friendless, water when you are thirsty, food when you are hungry, a doctor in the sick room, and more. "What does it profit a man to gain the whole world, but lose his soul?" Matthew 4:4 and Luke 4:4 state that "man cannot live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God." 1John 5:10 states "He who does not believe God has made Him a liar because he has not believed the testimony that God has given of His Son." What I am saying is you are not stuck because Jesus already paid the ultimate price. Overall, do your research because God has all the time in the world, but you do not. God bless you!
