About Anita Lopez "I am running for Toledo Mayor because I believe in Toledo. We can and must do better. I’ve lived in Toledo my whole life and am proud to call it home. But over the past several years I’ve seen this city I love fall behind other Ohio cities, and some of our City leaders have lost touch with the citizens.
I believe in Toledo because I know we can and we must do better.
As Mayor, the citizens of Toledo will be my number one priority. I will work hard to make Toledo the economic engine of Northwest Ohio by working to attract new businesses that will create new jobs. We must also reduce crime and neighborhood blight, so that we all live in safe, strong neighborhoods. And I will make sure that our City government works for the people. During my time as Lucas County Auditor, our office has consistently had the best customer service of any county office. I will bring that same commitment to service to the Mayor’s office and will work with all city departments to ensure citizen concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.

One of the pleasurable things to do as salsamagazine.com/WEPAwebTV's music editor is to sample hundreds of music videos and files from throughout the world. By the magic of cyber peformance, WEPAwebTV's crew got to learn more this weekend about salsamagazine.om's HIP/R&B Representative (The Hitman) and we all agree that HE'S GOT "IT"! But just what is "IT"?
In Mr Salsa Izzy Sanabria's opinion, "It" is that quality possessed by some which draws all others with its magnetic force. With "It" you win all women if you are a man and all men if you are a woman".
"Personality plus", is the rock-bottom definition of "IT" and that "conceit" destroys "It".
WEPAwebTV Executve Director Maria Hernandez says, "In general, "It" is a quality which avoids definitions and categories; consequently THE HITMAN (Ryan Masdiaz) is an amalgam of an innocent and a streetwise entrepeneur with a touch of "corporate wisdom".
A wise person once said that “the problem with the world is that the intelligent people are full of doubts while the stupid ones are full of confidence.” For entrepreneurs, such as THE HITMAN (Ryan Masdiaz), that statement doesn’t ring true. We don’t think we’ve ever met a successful entrepreneur that was stupid and we certainly haven’t met one that lacks confidence.
We believe the thing that sets entrepreneurs like THE HITMAN (Ryan Masdiaz) apart from others is that they realize that to be successful they MUST create value for other people. This differentiates entrepreneurs from tinkerers, inventors, and enthusiasts. These types of people are great at creating novel ideas, inventions, and works of art.
If they aren’t entrepreneurs, however, they tend to create only for their own gratification or amusement. They don’t think about, and often aren’t even interested in designing a business to deliver value to massive markets.
