It is crucial for you to recognize your responsibility to maintain physical balance in you life and body by promoting the good thing and minimizing the BAD!!!!..There is much that you can do for yourself-and must do. For example, if you were to buy a new car, I believe that you would certainly take care of it. You would read the manuals about its proper operation, and you would be careful to keep the vehicle wax and lubricated and free of dents. In the end, wouldn't you be proud to show off such a car and happy of its great state!! How much more should you be concerned about your own human BODY?? If you think about it, you live in a ''mechanism'' of flesh and blood, which you are expected to perform. You expect it to help you achieve the things in life for which you hope. There is more, of course; Designed by the Creator for fulfillment, so know your body is a TEMPLE of Jah Conscientious care, respect, admiration, and appreciation for the gift of life will leave you with a big responsibility. It is up to you –and you alone –to care for your mind and body by avoiding certain things that hurt your body. So as you take good care of a $200,000 Ferrari, you should give your body that great attention. There is only one way to accept that responsibility wholeheartedly, by appreciating and thanking Jah for life. This will assist and inspire you with the processes of maintaining good health and assisting your own healing with genuine gratitude. Many people feel that unless their work has some glamour or some seemingly interesting feature it’s just something that takes up the time of the day. That it is merely a means of obtaining the necessities of life. They do just what is expected of them or as little as they possibly can without being discharged from their position. They feel that they are fooling the boss. They are not doing all the things that he expects for them to do. They believe that they are clever than others. Unfortunately these people are merely fooling themselves.You may fool some people but you can’t fool Jah because he knows the way; to some, you can be losing your greatest opportunity in life. Know that Jah never favors; Bear in mind every thing you do Jah other test from Jah, another trial and another great opportunity with Jah Love. To grow and become proficient in the exercise with the Love of Jah, you should do good work of your own POWER-aim. All these occasions are just additional opportunities for you.
