Well it's that time again! Hitting you guys out there in the world with the blog update of musicians in a crazy crazy world.
SHOWS:
First things first, it was an honor and a privilege to once again be selected by the great city of Sydney to assist in the great day at Town Hall that is 'Homeless Connect'.
We cannot express the impact that days like this have on the community and what they do to give hope to the less fortunate and the awareness it raises shedding light on this issue that is so often swept under the carpet. We can only hope that with the help of days like this and the right people on board that these individuals can improve their situation within the community we are all a part of as brothers and sisters.
Amongst our homeless connect and flood relief shows earlier in the year we are also gearing up for our Australian tour, so watch the sites and blogs for more info as it comes and see you at the shows!
TV - 'HOLLYWOOD'
Well good things come to those who wait, I know we have been inundated with the requests for the clip as to where and when it is going to be aired. Well here it is so that can all be laid to rest!
The official date for the first public viewing of our new 'Hollywood' film clip is Saturday June 11 on Southern Cross channel 10 - Landed Music Australia.
STUDIO:
Did I hear them say they are recording again??
The answer is: Yes!
Since we last entered the realm of the blog the band has stepped into the studio yet again to begin pre-production and the foundations for the 3rd record.
So far the material is sounding great and we're all really excited to stand behind the music as something really special for the general public and fans new and old.
So far so good, plenty more happenings yet, kept it as short and sweet as we could for you guys.

Early 2011 -
To everyone who has been getting behind us in 2011 so far, it's been a blast launching into the first shows, our fans are the best.
Work has begun on the next installment in the 'Cashology' saga, with the days filming for the next installment on the video front being 'Hollywood' done and dusted, now the culling and sifting through the footage begins to achieve the finished product. We are all very excited, and if you still haven't, don't forget to check out the clip for 'Ordinary People' which is now flying freely through the media circus.
Apart from focusing on the future of 'Cashology' the band is also working hard on our new material, although in the extremely early stages, the songs for our next album are going strong. I must say the writing process can leave you with cabin fever, but we are all very proud of these songs and what they can achieve.
Lastly, Mark Cashin & The Lil' Hussys would like to take the time to thank everyone for the tireless effort involved in bringing the series of disaster relief concerts over the last month to fruition, we continue to support any worthy causes to assist those in need and urge the public to dig deep and do the same.
Looking forward to more great things this year, and look forward to seeing all of you at the shows.

Mark Cashin & The Lil' Hussy's are doing some select live australian venues throughout 2010 between recording for the new album.
After an extensive search and numerous rehearsals the band wishes to welcome Jemal Harbas and Matty Saturn into the wings, this accompanied with a new album on the horizon has made these shows well worth the wait.
A show that is not to be missed, encapsulating raw energy, excitement and straight up madness.

June 2011 recap - 'Hollywood' to hit tv
Well it's that time again! Hitting you guys out there in the world with the blog update of musicians in a crazy crazy world.
