If we can keep hope alive
I know we can survive
Even the darkest night
Has to meet its own sunrise
Crowd rise
To your fullest height
Hut 2,3,4
We don't want more of your war
Hut 2,3,4
We don't want more of your war
Crowdrise, Crowdrise
Rise to you fullest height
Crowdrise, Crowdrise
Rise to you fullest height
Destination
Self evolution
(Hut 2,3,4
We don't want more of your war)
Destination
Celebration
Crowdrise, Crowdrise
Rise to you fullest height
Oh ee oh ee oh
We just might
Survive
Yeah, yeah
You know I know you know
It's just right
You know
It's just right
You know I know you know
It's just right
To love life
Yeah, yeah
If we can keep hope alive
I know we can survive
Even the darkest night
Has to meet its own sunrise
Crowdrise
To your fullest height
Oh ee oh ee oh
We just might
Oh ee oh ee oh
We just might
Oh ee oh ee oh
We just might
Survive
Yeah, yeah
Destination
Self evolution
Hut 2,3,4
We don't want more of your war
Destination
Celebration
Crowdrise, Crowdrise
Rise to you fullest height
If we can keep hope alive
I know we can survive
If we can keep love alive
I know we will survive
Oh ee oh ee oh
We just might
Survive
Hut 2,3,4
We don't want more of your war
Hut 2,3,4
We don't want more of your war
Hut 2,3,4
We don't want more of your war
Hut 2,3,4
We don't want more of your war
Hut 2,3,4
We don't want more of your war
Hut 2,3,4
We don't want more of your war
Hut 2,3,4
We don't want more of your war
Hut 2,3,4

Choose Your Choices Wisely
In my song, "Choose Your Choices Carefully" are my following lyrics:
We often carry boulders Like a ball and chain Around our shoulders Where wings of wisdom Can grow instead We fly higher, see further When we let those wings spread
http://www.reverbnation.com/play_now/song_5791122?utm_campaign=opengraph&utm_content=song&utm_medium=link&utm_source=facebook
These words can speak to many things, including the past, which we all have both good and bad memories of. It's very difficult to forget the "ball and chain" of our past, but for the sake of not keeping that ball and chain "around our shoulders", we can forgive the past, learn from it and "grow instead", and "see further" that none of us are perfect and even when we are trying to do the best we can, we may fail at it or not always know the way sometimes. We allow these "wings of wisdom" to "spread" when we "see" others and ourselves in the light of understanding many human flaws and forgiving them.
The extent to which we haunt our past by dwelling on bad memories, is the extent to which we allow the past to haunt us. When sad or bad memories flare up as they do from time to time, I repeat to myself this simple sentence: When I needlessly haunt my past, my past will haunt me. It's rarely if ever productive to haunt ourselves, and although we may not be able to turn off the sounds and sights of the past, we can minimize them by focusing on the here-and-now, and a better, bright future. True, these are just words, but they matter so much when put to perpetual practice.
Love and peace, Chris
