Wow-ness

Interesting stuff today. I'm really diggin on the new project, "Chee-Z." This thing is starting to sound skin tight. The stage dynamic is gonna be different, too, for anyone who's used to seeing me play live. The first show is on New Year's Day. You won't wanna miss this one. Too cool for words.

A Good Kind of Tired

Ladies and Gents, After a fun filled night of pretty much playing all the day long, having the joy of feeling the weight of two inebriated dancers on me and my gear, and giving myself a lump on the head, I feel that I have earned the rest.

And God bless us all....everyone.

The Goodness of God

My life is exceptional. I get to make a living doing what I love. I have a good home and a good family. I am a friend of God. He continually supplies me with my every need, like giving me an extra gig on the fly tonight. That was cool. Not to mention the fact that I ran into an ex-girlfriend over there that I still love and care for deeply. I would ask that she would be able to grow together with someone in this life, and that both of them will draw closer to the heart of God, even if that someone isn't me. I love her and I miss her dearly, but right now I'm just glad that she's alive. God is truly great to me. I am a richly blessed man!

Meat is murder...tasty, tasty murder...

Vegans and vegetarians look away. This goes out to all my carnivore cronies who have the unmitigated brass to chow down on some critters. None surpass the succulent cut of the bovine sub-primal known as Filet Mignon. We had the good fortune this evening of participating in a family outing at Connor's Steakhouse. For those of you who have never been, Connor's is located in Huntsville at the Bridge Street Town Center, and if you haven't gone, put it on your to-do list before you die. My meal started with the Lobster and Crab Bisque followed by the Caesar Salad (which is a great salad for people who don't eat salads), then the 9 oz. Connor's Filet with loaded baked potato. Life truly is good and a meal like that can make a brother savor every minute of it. From henceforth, I shall dub them "The Filet Mignon Minutes of Life."

Ahhh....I love the internet...

The web makes life so much easier. For anyone who is looking to reconnect with long lost friends, you can't beat social networking. MySpace and Facebook are just two of a myriad of tools that make things like that possible. The advent of internet radio brings some very interesting music to your doorstep. Now, I am pleased to announce that we will be in the ranks with those elite who dare to introduce their material to the public.

In 6-8 weeks, our music will be cleared for sale on iTunes worldwide, Rhapsody, eMusic, Amazon, and Napster. For those of you who might not want to wait that long, I am in the process of creating a web store with the songs available for download. It should be ready by the end of the weekend.

Thank you for always being there!

Check It Out, Yo!

Howdy! Here's an interesting application I've just added to the profile. It's called My Band. It's purpose is to showcase....well....my band. Anyhow, check it out if you'd like. If you're a musician it could be a very useful tool.

Happy hunting!
