The International Music and Entertainment Association announced the official nominees for the 2nd Annual IMEA Awards on Monday, August 4, 2014 and I AM A FINALIST in 2 categories: Album of the Year and Song of the Year under Adult Contemporary.

I have 3 songs that are being considered for 4 placements in ads, film and documentaries! Sunny Thoughts is on "hold" with 2 different placements! Running and Kylee are also on "hold"! No guarantees, but my songs are being heard by music industry pros! :)

My CD release last Saturday was truly MAGICAL! I have performed so many times yet something was truly different! The energy in the room was so incredible! Sharing our CD releases on the same stage & night with my friend Tricia made for a night to be remembered ALWAYS :-) I am SO grateful!

Lori thoroughly enjoyed her 3rd experience at SummerSongs West songwriting camp this past 5 days and was thrilled her husband George was able to join her this time in beautiful Cambria, California! It's always a wonderful opportunity for her to immerse herself in a full-on musical community with her (mostly) west coast CA friends. She's already started another new song! GRATEFUL for her life!!
