Our website has gotten a complete facelift! It is now much more easy to navigate and find what you are looking for on your stay. I also implemented a full shop system where you can purchase beats and automatically have them sent to your email. Get to know me well, here's my bio : Welcome, my name is Anthony Gallagher and I am the founder and owner of MerkedOutBeatz. I was originally born in Philadelphia, PA, and moved out to the growing suburbs of Limerick when I was 7 years old. My love for music began a few years later, starting out with teaching myself how to play the piano, and later on recreating popular songs for my own entertainment. Throughout my early years, I was in a dire need for a program that I could use to make music freely. After a year or so of searching, I finally found the program that was right for me. FL Studios 7 was exactly the program that could help me get started in my music-making career. Using only the demo (you couldn’t save projects), I started up my first Youtube channel “AnSeMiJiproductions”. This channel was solely dedicated to making remakes of songs, and showing the Youtube audience my projects and how I made it. For a few years, I put out a remake about twice a month, and my audience began to grow. During this time, I also began to purchase studio equipment, and in a few years I had a fully-functioning home studio. This opened up the door for other local artists to come in and record their mixtapes and EP’s. With a lot of opportunities opening up, I made a tough decision. In Februrary of 2012, I decided to start fresh and create a brand-new name for myself. Entilted simply “MerkedOutBeatz” (explanation above), I started a label dedicated to myself, and the MerkedOutBeatz community. During the following year, I successfully launched three instrumental beat-tapes, and recorded and mixed numerous mixtapes for local artists. I have met a lot of great people along the way, and I have many more plans ahead for the future of MerkedOutBeatz. Don’t miss out!
