Iron is used for constructing buildings of strong standard such as storey and multi-storey buildings as well as bridges. Anything made of iron lasts; for God knows. When God says he will cut into pieces all the obstacles that are hard for you to deal with. Symbolic as these may sound, the sum total is that God will solve those problems that are beyond your human effort. To do that, you must allow God to go before you by ensuring that your life will attract and retain His presence at all times. God will not go ahead of you when your life is dominated by the devil and his agents. Therefore, in all you do, be conscious of this: Let God go ahead of you

It takes extra energy to achieve anything in a crooked process and that is why God says. He will go before you to make every crooked place straight. Secondly, God says, "I will break in pieces the gates of brass..." Brass is a hard element used in manufacturing/producing goods for various purposes. Any object made of brass is really hard to break. God also promised to "cut in sunder the bars of iron. "That means cutting in pieces all the hard objects made of iron. Nothing can be as risky as one going without the presence of God. Many people do not understand it, hence they get themselves involved in what they cannot come out from, you must understand the meaning of God going before you, that is ahead of you. In the scripture we read, He explains what He will do if He goes before you. Note the assignment God specified for Himself: First, to make the crooked places straight. You cannot achieve much on a crooked route; neither will it satisfactorily lead you to where you are going. to be continued

Some Preacher was in an aircraft one day and the pilot announced to the passengers that the visibility is very low, that the weather is cloudy. He was not sure of the success of landing. Everybody in the aircraft became afraid. Some started praying while others were shouting and crying. To the greatest surprise of everybody in the cabin one man was sleeping. He was not disturbed by the pilot's announcement though he heard the pilot loud and clear. While the anxiety rages on and the man kept on snoring some passengers became confused at the man's position and went and woke him up, telling him that the life of every passenger was in danger as a result of the pilot's announcement.
The man laughed and mentioned that a world renowned evangelist who according to him was sitting in the first class seat in the aircraft. He said that as long as the evangelist was in the aircraft, God will not allow it to crash. Some believed him while others became angry with him. He went back to his sleep. The aircraft eventually landed safely at its destination airport. When Dorcas died, it was her good works that touched on the life of widows that made the people sent for Peter to pray for divine intervention. Her good works made God not to allow her to die untimely death. God will not allow anyone doing good works to die a day earlier than his or her natural death. He will even add more days to the person's life. As a Christian, do works that will benefit people. Identify a ministry for yourself and God will keep you to fulfill it.
