Once upon a time I was a BIG fan of hip hop, which I still am but with the music thats being put out now a days it makes me wonder is hip hop really dead. I'm a big fan of music period, but hip hop first and no one is coming with REAL concepts now a days. True enough, music is a form of expression and creativity but its like hip hop is being made a mockery of by some of these so called "artist". Most artist now a days are just reincarnations of another artist and lack originality. As an artist myself, I take offense to it because music is my heart and I put blood, sweat, and tears into every verse or song that I do and for some of these artist to just get on songs and say stuff that has no real meaning and makes absolutely no sense at all is like a slap in the face of any real artist. If you're going to represent the culture or anybody who does it why make it look BAD? #couldtherealartistpleasestandup

Hip Hop- Today vs. yesterday
