Well guys its a few years since I've blogged on here...and with good reason.
Unfortunately things have changed.
Rick got married and now plays for fun in various bands, Kerry moved back to Canada and Dave is out doing his own thing.
Now theres me...(Valerie Lynn)....at the current moment I am joining forces with a new band project. Currently it is just in the talking stages so its very new. But once i have more news i will let you all know. :)
I will NOT be taking down the tunes on here so feel free to listen and enjoy. This website may eventually merge with the new group if it pans out. :)

Captains blog.......sub-date June 7th.........
........Black Sunshyne to take the stage as headliner along with opening band named: Astronaut Jones.
............It was a great day! Even though it was hot as hell and the air conditioning was up to par, we managed to rock the house and keep people captivated!!!
To my surprize, not only do they want us back, but they want us to be one of their regular house bands every 3rd saturday of the month. YEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSS WHERE DO I SIGN UP?!
We are so excited and we will keep you all posted on dates and times!
With our first official show over and done, with lots of memories to be had.........we embrace it and you and hope you join us at our next show coming up in Garwood NJ at Crossroads!!! Check the show tab for more info!!!
