Hi, just trying to spread the word with everyone one on facebook, we have some new material coming out soon ( early spring/summer 2014)
We are rehearsing a new line up and expect to showcase the project soon, it's been a long journey to this point and many hrs of hard work and concentration........the project was almost up and running 18 months ago, but in rehearsal half the material wasn't happening the way I liked it, so I fixed a few things and wrote some more material, also found past material that was strong and needed just editing etc, so, now things are hitting their stride and also found an awesome drummer that was really right for the project.......hopefully big things to come.......cheers, all the best, thanks for reading and listening......

Can't shake this no caffeine headache.
Trying to shake some nagging health issues by stopping drinking coffee and eati g better.
I went to a health foos store and got a few teas and danylion root pills and such.
I feel better, but the headache co es and goes...............but it's easing up sort of.....
