I know this is the biggest cliché in the world and it is baldly misused in our culture. It is the four letter
word L-O-V-E. Could it be true what Tina Turner (Singer Legend) said in her hit song "What’s Love Got to do with it". As she stated in her hit song "Oh what’s love got to do, got to do with it What`s love but a second hand emotion". Is Love something that the heart feels or is Love something that we feel with our emotions. Well in the American or western culture the word Love has been distorted, lost, abused, and misused by generation from generation. Is Love something we show by our actions or what we say. Today my generation confused the word love with infatuation. When you say love in today's society, it has baggage with it now. Love is so sweet and innocent but now it has a low standard in my generation. When you usually say you Love someone today it usually comes with a stigma. Love usually means you want have sex with your partner. As you see I wrote partner because today people think gay and lesbian relationships are common and normal. Love is sacred and Holy and is a commitment that is supposed to be between a man and a woman. It is about commitment, unity, Love. I say commitment because when times get rough and you want to give up Love has to fill that void because Lust, selfishness, evil desires can take over your life like gain green. Take the word unity it breaks down into Uno which means one in Spanish. When you’re in a relationship that is truly about loving each other without SEX.I know people today say Love is sex and sex is Love. No, I say again No, Love is pure and is supposed to be between a man and women when they are married. It is totally hard, I admit it is especially hard seeing ads and commercials on TV, pornography, TV shows that is based on about sex, women and men who look promiscuous and a college lifestyle that promote sex as a great thing. I am not saying sex is terrible, I am saying sex is bad when you don' know who you are and you use as a drug for just the pleasure. Sex is the number one advertisement today in the media. Here are something’s I gathered from my research. I found all these shows that deal with sexual content that tries to promote Love also known as Sex in today’s culture. Shows like Daisy of Love, For The Love of Ray J, I Love New York, Rock of Love Bus, Real Chance of Love, Flavor of Love, and I must say the videos on MTV and Bet that totally degrade women and men. If you watch any of these shows they don't show real Love but they subliminal message is really about sex. Unconditional Love is True

So let us begin to restore back to its divine nature because He loved us first and is The true lover of life. Love is patient, love is kind, it does not envy, does not boast, it's not proud, it's not rude, it's not self seeking, it is not easily angered, It keeps no records of wrong, Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth, It always protects, always, trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails!Corinthians chapter 13 verses four through eight breaks the word love down to us in the simplest terms possible.
