Easter, the English word for Ashtaroth is a mythical sex goddess with fertility rites. The pagans worshiped her and the sun. Sun rise service to worship the sun, Lent, good Friday, bunnies, eggs, were brought into the Roman church to satisfy pagans that wanted to join them. Mixing this with Christianity is thumbing your nose at our Creator. "Israel forsook the Lord & did evil. They served Baal and... Ashtaroth." (Judges 2:11-13)
When people say HAPPY EASTER I see them as the lost disobedient people defying God as Israel did. The Egyptian and how they worship pagan Gods. Everyday you are sacrificing your children through fire just as those who had done theirs giving to Molech. You are baptizing your children in the pool of lies, deceit, pagan worship, disobedience, and ungodliness. Is God happy with this? no, its time to bring correction to your household and repent. Leaders time to repent and bring the church (people) in its right order, followers (flock) its time you start studying for yourself and stop leaning on every word come out of the mouth of other and lean on the understanding of God. So when man speak you know it lines up with the Holy Spirit which is God.

CALLING OURSELVES
How often are our prayers more like calling ourselves than calling on God?
For example, we plead with God for vindication.
We want our name cleared & the guilty person held accountable for the harm done to our reputation. But then we get impatient with God & try to vindicate ourselves. We may as well be praying to ourselves!
Vindication doesn't come from self-defensive arguments; it stems from integrity. (Ps.26:1).
It requires that we allow God to examine our minds & hearts(v.2) & that we walk in His truth(v.3).
This, of course requires patient waiting! (25:21).
When we call on God, He WILL help us, but in His perfect time & in His perfect way.
The purpose of prayer is not to get what we want, but to become what GOD WANTS!

Most of us would agree that its easier to relate to people who aren't perfect because we know were not perfect. There are stories in the bible about imperfections,weakness,deceitfulness, unreliability and anger.
Jacob deceived his father so he would receive a blessing(gen.27:1-29).
Then Gideon was asked twice for proof that he would be faithful to do what he said he would do (JUD.6:39).
Peter for fear of his own safety denied even knowing his friend and Lord(mark14:66-72).
When we read the stories in the bible, we see that with God helps them to overcome their short comings and be useful Him. Each one of us have our own flaws. We can overcome them by embracing GODS strength which is made perfect in weakness (2 cor.12:9).
When we are weak He is strong and He gives us power to overcome what is wrong..

Our thoughts transcend on our mere existence and where it all began.
But yet we fail to realize that our mouth is the master key to our success and the hidden secrets within.
Such as God who merely spoke and the earth was formed, through the power of his words that spit out like a storm.
The same power we hold to speak all good things in our own life, backed with the faith of a tiny mustard seed, mountains will move and God's mysteries will unfold.
So keep speaking the truth and positive things be told, so that the negative hold will have no more control.

I knelt to pray but not for long, I had too much to do. I had to hurry and get to work For bills would soon be due. So I knelt and said a hurried prayer, And jumped up off my knees. My Christian duty was now done My soul could rest at ease..... All day long I had no time To spread a word of cheer No time to speak of Christ to friends, They'd laugh at me I'd fear. No time, no time, too much to do, That was my constant cry, No time to give to souls in need But at last the time, the time to die. I went before the Lord, I came, I stood with downcast eyes. For in his hands God! held a book; It was the book of life. God looked into his book and said 'Your name I cannot find I once was going to write it down... But never found the time'
