Do not withdraw from me

My children, you must never withdraw from following Me. If you withdraw My soul will have no pleasure in you, endure, press on until the very end. I never promised you an easy road when you follow Me. I promise to never leave you nor forsake you, I will be with you all the way until the end, you will never be disappointed when you reach your end destination. I also promised to go before you to show you the way and to make the crooked places straight, to open doors for you which no man can shut. I am in control and I am faithful.

Many withdrew from Me when I disciplined and chastised them, they walked away, not willing to be corrected and changed into My likeness. They are not pleasing to Me. I force no one but I will discipline and chastise every child of Mine out of love because I care and want to perfect My children because I am holy and perfect, I change not.

My children, I warn and encourage you, to endure,press on until the end, no matter how hard and difficult it might be, it is all for your own good. You are not on your own, without Me you will not be able to make it. I am there for you every step of the way, to help and to sustain you.Stay with Me and follow My guidance, I will not fail you. Do not withdraw,that is what the devil wants, give him no foothold. Be faithful and continue to follow Me until the end.

FULLY PERSUADED

Abraham didn’t stagger in his faith. Rather, he was “fully persuaded that,what (God) had promised, he was able to perform” (Romans 4:21). He recognized that God is able to work with nothing. Indeed, our Lord creates out of a void.Consider the Genesis account: out of nothing, God created the world. With just a single word, he creates. And he can create miracles for us, out of nothing.

When all else fails—when your every plan and scheme has been exhausted—that is the time for you to cast everything on God. It is time for you to give up all confidence in finding deliverance anywhere else. Then, once you are ready to believe, you are to see God not as a potter who needs clay, but as a Creator who works from nothing. And, out of nothing that is of this world or its materials, God will work in ways and means you could never have conceived.

How serious is the Lord about our believing him in the face of impossibilities? We find the answer to this question in the story of Zacharias, the father of John the Baptist. Zacharias was visited by an angel who told him that his wife,Elisabeth, would give birth to a special child. But Zacharias—who was advanced in years, like Abraham—refused to believe it. God’s promise alone was not enough for him.

Zacharias answered the angel, “Whereby (how) shall I know this? For I am an old man, and my wife well stricken in years” (Luke 1:18 ). Simply put,Zacharias considered the impossibilities. He was saying, “This isn't possible. You’ve got to prove to me how it will happen.” It didn’t sound reasonable.

Zacharias’ doubts displeased the Lord. The angel told him, “Behold, thou shalt be dumb, and not able to speak, until the day that these things shall be performed, because thou believest not my words, which shall be fulfilled in their season” (1:20).

The message is clear: God expects us to believe him when he speaks. Likewise,Peter writes: “Let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator” (1Peter 4:19,).

SEEK TO HAVE ETERNAL LIFE NOW

Seek to have eternal life now

My children, it is My will that everyone will have eternal life, that they will repent and not perish, but everyone makes their own choice, they decide for themselves. I force no one to accept My invitation.It is by My Grace and mercy that I give eternal life to those who want it. I did not die in vain but out of love. My desire is that all will come to Me, repent to have eternal life and live forever.

I find no pleasure in the damnation of any one, it saddens Me if they reject Me. I will not strive with anyone forever.I warn and give chances, they will either accept or reject Me and will bear the consequences in the end. There will be no eternal life without Me. I am the only Way, the Truth and the Life.

Seek now to have eternal life while you still have the time and opportunity, do not wait because you don’t know when it will be your last day. Why do you want to perish, if you can have eternal life and live forever with Me? Repent,be holy, because without holiness no one will see Me or enter into Heaven. Do not love darkness more than light,then you will not have eternal life but will perish in your wickedness, forever too late.

Those who hope for eternal life and endure until the end will not be disappointed. Hope does not disappoint. They will never die but live forever and spend eternity with Me in Heaven,a place I have specially prepared for those who loved and obeyed Me until the end.

Why Go To Church?

A Church goer wrote a letter to the editor of a newspaper and complained that it made no sense to go to church every Sunday... "I've gone for 30 years now," he wrote, "and in that time I have heard something like=203,000 sermons. But for the life of me, I can't remember a single one of them. So, I think I'm wasting my time and the pastors are wasting theirs by giving sermons at all."

This started a real controversy in the "Letters to the Editor" column, much to the delight of the editor. It went on for weeks until someone wrote this clincher:

"I've been married for 30 years now. In that time my wife has cooked some 32,000 meals. But, for the life of me, I cannot recall the entire menu for a single one of those meals. But I do know this... They all nourished me and gave me the strength I needed to do my work. If my wife had not given me these meals, I would be physically dead today. Likewise, if I had not gone to church for nourishment, I would be spiritually dead today!" When you are DOWN to nothing... God is UP to something! Faith sees the invisible, believes the incredible and receives the impossible! Thank God for our physical AND our spiritual nourishment!

Stunted Growth in Carnal Christians

"And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ. I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able." (1 Corinthians 3:1-2)

The apostle Paul here makes a clear distinction between "spiritual" Christians, controlled and led by the Holy Spirit, and "carnal" Christians, still controlled by the desires of the flesh. A carnal Christian is a baby Christian. Baby Christians are a cause of great rejoicing when they are newborn believers, just like baby people. But if they remain babies indefinitely, they become an annoyance to hear and a tragedy to behold.

Each born-again believer needs urgently to "grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ" (2 Peter 3:18 ). That spiritual growth comes only through study of the Word, accompanied by belief and obedience. First there must be "the sincere |or 'logical'| milk of the word" (1 Peter 2:2 ), but that is good only for the first stages of growth. "For every one that useth milk is unskillful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil" (Hebrews 5:13-14). Scripture encourages us to grow to maturity and then to continue growing.

Carnal Christians are not necessarily pseudo-Christians, although they should examine themselves to determine whether their profession of faith in Christ is genuine (2 Corinthians 13:5), but they should not be content to remain spiritual babes. Every Christian should be able to say with the prophet Jeremiah: "Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O LORD God of hosts" (Jeremiah 15:16).

"Cease, my son, to hear the instruction that causeth to err from the words of knowledge." (Proverbs 19:27)

One of the saddest realities in the modern world is that many of the leaders of evolutionary and humanistic thought were raised in Christian homes, where from an early age they were exposed to the truths of Scripture. Testimonies without number have been chronicled of Christian students going to universities where they were taught to doubt and then to disbelieve the faith of their parents. Perhaps all these students ever knew of Christianity was a set of rules; maybe they never understood the reasons their parents held certain views nor the basis for these beliefs. Certainly the foundational teaching of creation has been missing in many Christian homes and churches.

Our primary goal as parents should be to establish a godly heritage--to teach the truths of God in such a way as will be believed and cherished by our children, so that they will "keep that which is committed to [their] trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called" (1 Timothy 6:20).

Certainly a more effective way of teaching is to continually point the child or student back to foundational principles, rather than to list a set of do's and don'ts. We must teach those under our influence to be grounded in the Word, so that they can make sound judgments when away from our watchful eyes. No greater aid to serious study, no better primer in careful reasoning exists than in Scripture. Using it and other supportive materials, a child can learn to think carefully and critically. Not only will they learn information, but here they can learn wisdom and knowledge and understanding. "For the Lord giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding" (Proverbs 2:6).

When God speaks to you it's not always wise to rush out and tell people. Actually, it can hurt you! When God gives you a word of direction it's often followed by a season of preparation.

Who wouldn't want to talk about the amazing experience Paul had with God on the Damascus Road? And there would be a 'right time' for doing that -- but not yet. Don't go till God gives you the green light.

Why? (A) Because God may need time to prepare the hearts of those He is sending you to. (B) You need time, maturing and equipping, so that the word you've received can take root and be fulfilled in the way God wants. Paul writes, "Immediately after my calling - without consulting anyone around me and without going up to Jerusalem to confer with those who were apostles long before I was - I got away to Arabia...it was three years before I went up to Jerusalem to compare stories with Peter...Then I began my ministry" (Gal 1:16-21 TM). Paul had the wisdom to know that people would find his calling unbelievable. So he waited. He allowed God to go ahead of him and arrange the circumstances in his favor. And while he was waiting, he allowed the word he had received to grow in his heart and make changes in his life.

Then, and only then, did he start doing what he was called to do. Paul didn't try to convince anybody, he let God do that. And the result? "Their response was to recognize and worship God because of me" (Gal 1:24 TM). So don't get ahead of God's plan for your life. Be sensitive to His timing!

I AM A SOLDIER

**I AM A SOLDIER**

I am a soldier in the army of God. The Lord Jesus Christ is my Commanding Officer. The Holy Bible is my code of conduct. Faith, Prayer, and the Word are my weapons of Warfare. I have been taught by the Holy Spirit, trained by experience, tried by adversity, and tested by fire.

I am a volunteer in this army, and I am enlisted for eternity.

I will either retire in this Army or die in this Army; but, I will not get out, sell out, be talked out, or pushed out. I am faithful, reliable, capable, and dependable. If my God needs me, I am there.

I am a soldier. I am not a baby. I do not need to be pampered, petted, primed up, pumped up, picked up, or pepped up. I am a soldier. No one has to call me, remind me, write me, visit me, entice me, or lure me.

I am a soldier. I am not a wimp. I am in place, saluting my King, obeying His orders, praising His name, and building His kingdom! No one has to send me flowers, gifts, food, cards, candy, or give me handouts. I do not need to be cuddled, cradled, cared for, or catered to. I am committed. I cannot have my feelings hurt bad enough to turn me around.

I cannot be discouraged enough to turn me aside. I cannot lose enough to cause me to quit. When Jesus called me into this Army, I had nothing. If I end up with nothing, I will still come out even. I will win. My God will supply all my needs. I am more than a conqueror. I will always triumph. I can do all things through Christ. Devils cannot defeat me. People cannot disillusion me. Weather cannot weary me. Sickness cannot stop me. Battles cannot beat me. Money cannot buy me. Governments cannot silence me, and hell cannot handle me!

I am a soldier. Even death cannot destroy me. For when my Commander calls me from this battlefield, He will promote me to a captain. I am a soldier, in the Army, I’m marching, claiming victory. I will not give up. I will not turn around. I am a soldier, marching Heaven bound.

There are four kinds of soldiers: 1. Active Duty: Serving the Lord faithfully, daily, and on duty 24-7-365. 2. Reserve Status: Serving only when called upon, or twice a year: Christmas and Easter. 3. Guard Status: Backing up the Active Duty group. 4. AWOL! Absent With Out the Lord.

Which kind are you? Be an army of one for an audience of One.

RELEASE ME FROM THE COULD NOTS, WOULD NOTS AND SHOULD NOTS THAT OBSTRUCT MY LIFE.

AND MOST OF ALL, DEAR GOD, I ASK THAT YOU REMOVE FROM MY MIND, MY HEART AND MY LIFE ALL OF THE 'AM NOTS' THAT I HAVE ALLOWED TO HOLD ME BACK, ESPECIALLY THE THOUGHT THAT IM NOT GOOD ENOUGH
