Post show report "Ross' Old Austin Cafe"

Here's something that you don't get to do very often! Perform outside in mid 70's weather in the middle of December! We played our hearts out at Ross' Old Austin Cafe last night to a great group of celebrants who knew how to party! Thanks to all our our new friends for joining us for a fantastic time. John Garvey of "A Night in Austin", interviewed me and behind the camera was M. Edmund Howse. We'll be posting the interview to our pages very soon. Special kudos go out to Stephen (Son of Ross of "Ross' Old Austin Cafe") for taking such wonderful care of all of us. I want to give a shout out to the band who performed flawlessly and a nod to one of the newest members of the band Rich Baur, who, despite technical difficulties that might have stopped a lesser man, forged on through without missing a beat on the drums! Way to go Rich! Jacqui Walker belted out the blues as only she can and gave a stunning performance! Paul Wolf was great on Bass! David Sensat absolutely killed it on Guitar and everyone was on top of their game last night! We're looking forward to our next performance at Ross' Old Austin Cafe and we'll keep you posted on our next date.

Come on out an enjoy an Evening of The Blues and Nuthin But The Blues!

Featuring MrJamie on Harmonica, Jacqui Walker on Vocals, Dash Morgan on Guitar, Paul Wolf on Bass, Joe Boone on Drums. This Friday 12/14/12 from 8:30-11:15pm at Latitude 30, 512 San Jacinto, Austin TX 78701

Post Antone's Jam

What a great night! Some of Austin's best were out last night and the young ones shined! Not so many of the old names come out anymore to the jams and that's kinda sad in a way but the Austin Blues Society is making up for that by getting the young and newest great talent in front of fans from all over the world...Some great folks from France, Bejing, China and other parts of the world were treated to talent that tore it up! Great show everyone!

Austin Blues Society Jam @ Antone's

Heading out to Antone's tonight to donate at least $5 worth of non perishable food items and take my chance at getting a pair of free tickets to see BB King! Lord knows I can't afford it now! Amen. Hope to see you there!

Weather Cancelations

Our Two show's at Westside Alehouse have been postponed till March and April because mgmt didn't want to have any shows put indoors(that would remove some tables for patrons) and we didn't want to do that. We are perfectly OK with that. We wouldn't want them to sufffer any losses because of us. We are looking forward to performing there in the Spring!

Weather cancelations continue

First we were canceled due to colder weather cause the stage is outdoors. Then this happened."All shows were canceled at Senor Buddy's" because of threats of violence and over $10,000 in vandalism to their property, despite the fact that all shows end at 10pm and legally within the 10:30pm lawful limit. That is so messed up that your neighbors would stoop to such tactics. Someone needs a timeout!

Club 606 11/23/12 show

Well due to a double booking we were relegated to the outdoor patio stage where the crow was pretty cool like the weather. Thanks to all the fans and friends who came out to support us and the new ones we met.
