Back in the studio today (only 2 of us social distancing of course) as we mixed in some real strings and real drums on "Broken". I co-wrote it with the cool James Warren (The Korgis), writer of worldwide hit "Everybody's Got To Learn Sometime" (currently on the Kopparberg TV advert) and The Korgis had a great ballad hit with "If I Had You" ... and others! James sings on this song as it suited his voice.
Thanks to Richard Mainwaring (you might see him presenting music stuff on the BBC 'One' show) for recording the strings (at home) and Claudine Cassidy on cello. Thank you Paul Smith on drums (The Korgis drummer) and the great Al Steele for your expertise.
