Hey all, James here. I have not posted in a long time on this blog, so you can say this is a bit overdue. LOL! After completing over 200 shows in 2013 and 2014, I realized that I needed to find the "fun" and "enjoyment" in the music again. Hence, I forged the band forward, bringing back my good dear friend Sir Richard Kaynan on lead guitar, and introducing to the ESR fold, Mr Joel "Soulful Fingers" on bass, and Mr Jeff Marlon on drums. We downsized the band from 5 members to 4. I took on the additional role of playing keys along with rhythm guitar, harmonica and vocals. Since this reformation, I have discovered a much tighter band, a fantastic sound and groove, and more importantly, I was not diluting myself anymore trying to please everyone and found I was truly gratified playing music again and sharing the stage with people I respect and enjoy being around.
I have no regrets, about the past, as it has made me a better person & musician today. However, know this... Do what you love, do it well, get satisfaction from it and always remember..."It's about having fun!"

It's About Having Fun
