“Niaje! New Music: Mbuvi Feat. Kevoh Yout – Nue Nendete (Official Video)
I just can’t get enough of the energy that gospel guru Mbuvi displays in his videos and this brand new overture, produced by Dreamland Film’s award winning Dr. Eddie is no different.
‘Nue Nendete’ featuring Kevoh Yout manages to coalesce traditional instrumentals and vocals with a somewhat Caribbean and reggae beat somewhere in the track to deliver a catchy tune that’s set to give you that ‘good feeling’.
We think this brand new Mbuvi single is set to be a hit, with its amazing video quality and his personality which brims to the edge of the video. Have a first and EXCLUSIVE look at Mbuvi’s latest here:”

“Believe it or not, this is gospel singer Mbuvi
Celebrated gospel singer Mbuvi is a shocked man as people are not believing that this song `nakupenda we’ is his.
‘’Kwani a Kenyan cannot sing like this,’’ Mbuvi asked. Hope guys are not confusing Mbuvi with Usher because the video is excellent and the directors from Washamba Unlimited are very creative.
This is quality work from singer Mbuvi and this confirms why he's among the best gospel artistes in the country.”

Earlier this month, Mbuvi was involved in a freak accident in a commuter bus. "I wanted to alight and close the door. But I didn't notice that the door did not have a handle. Some of my fingers got stuck and consequently I fell down under the bus. Thank God the driver swiftly responded with an emergency break," Mbuvi told Pulse.”

“Gospel Taking Over – Mbuvi’s New Video Sets New Standards, Watch it Here
Gospel music in Kenya has its own class of audience but the audience is only fed with quality that is wanting and mostly, what is called the River Road recordings from both audio to video productions. The huge market for gospel music has therefore been left to either settle for that quality or seek solace in foreign music after picking from the very few artists who are trying to make a difference.
Such artistes include Daddy Owen, Mercy Masika, Marion Shako and Kwata Kawaya’s Mbuvi among others. Mbuvi has made a re-brand of his style and has created a new height in the gospel music standards. Below is his latest video, Wewe Mkuu. Our review of it puts it quite high among other gospel videos and we believe this is a step towards the right direction for gospel music.

Mbuvi's Wewe Mkuu video is finally out. With the song, he does a 180 compared to his last hit, which is still a club favorite. Kwata Kawaya's pace is faster and more upbeat compared to Wewe Mkuu.”

“Interlude: High Energy Gospel with Mbuvi in “Nue Nendete”
Sep. 26 Entertainment no comments
Gospel artiste Mbuvi has released yet another video, Nue Nendete (It’s You I Love), a collabo with Kevoh Yout.
As usual, the video has comedic elements in it, but this time it’s a little toned down (not that I’m complaining).
Great way to start your day! This one will be playing in a lot of churches (and clubs maybe)”
