Biography:

NEGATIVE SUN is a band based in Verona (Cerea), North Italy. The band’s intent is to propose own tracks with Old School Thrash Metal influence and a personal style that characterize its own work. Negative Sun project was born in May 2008 from an idea of Davide Mozzaquattro and Mattia Paina (singer/rhythm guitar and drummer of the current line-up) to develop their passion for the music. Marco Boin (lead guitar) and Alessandro Pettene (bass guitar) completed the line-up and the band started officialy to create music under the name Negative Sun. After a period where the band plays in the local avenues, Negative Sun decides to record their first tracks on CD. In March 2010 the band entered in the studio and the recording session was finished two months later. The release titled “Genesi” and includes 4 tracks. Actually the band is working on new material and booking live gigs.
