About the Artist

Nina Capone is a Philadelphia-born recording artist, songwriter, entrepreneur, and media personality whose work blends grown-woman confidence, emotional honesty, business insight, and independent music culture. Known for her bold voice and unapologetic storytelling, she creates music for women who have survived, evolved, loved deeply, and learned to choose themselves. Beyond the music, Nina is the founder of Mob Mistress Entertainment and a driving force behind In Da Streets Radio, a Philadelphia-based digital media platform supporting independent artists and music culture. She is also the founder and CEO of My Biz Consulting, where she helps entrepreneurs and creatives turn ideas into structured, sustainable businesses. Her albums Audio Porn and Ova 40 showcase two sides of her artistry. Audio Porn explores chemistry, intimacy, heartbreak, desire, and emotional freedom, while Ova 40 celebrates confidence, reinvention, independence, and the power of creating without waiting for validation. Nina Capone’s mission is bigger than streams. She is building platforms, creating opportunities, and using music, media, entrepreneurship, and mental health advocacy to remind independent artists—especially women over 40—that their voice, story, and next chapter still matter.
