Music has always been a huge part of my life. I started singing when I was just five years old — duets with my sister in church and at my mom’s accordion recitals. From there, I dove into anything and everything musical: years of classical piano, clarinet, and voice lessons, school choirs and children’s choirs, band and choir camps, and even marching band. I sang at weddings and funerals and performed in recitals.
One of my proudest moments was completing & earning first place in vocal duets and triple trio (three-part harmony) at the state high school level as a senior.
I’ve always loved performing, and that passion even extended beyond music. I danced with the University of Wisconsin Pom Squad and performed with the UW Marching Band/Drum Corps at Big Ten football, basketball, and hockey games, experiences that helped me develop a strong sense of rhythm and stage presence.
Life took me in other directions for a while, and I put music on pause to focus on my career. But toward the end of COVID, I found my way back when I joined Nostalgic Duo. I picked up the guitar, and together we performed more than 250 classic American standards.
In August 2023, when my partner could no longer continue, I stepped into a new chapter as a solo artist — and I couldn’t be happier. Today, I’m thrilled to share a repertoire of over 300 beloved songs spanning a wide range of genres and artists — from the iconic Johnny Cash to the soulful Norah Jones, Bonnie Raitt, Linda Ronstadt, Joni Mitchell, and the legendary Tom Petty.
I also offer a 40+ song holiday set and a 12+ song patriotic set — so whether it’s a seasonal celebration or a special event, there’s always a song (or three hundred!) ready to share.
