The film uses vintage marionettes to tell the story of true crime legend Winnie Ruth Judd, voiced by Joy Nash. The theme song was written exclusively for the trailer by New York composer Christopher Earl (of The Squires of the Subterrain) and is sung by Los Angeles singer/actress Maura Murphy-Barrosse.
