Hailing from the rugged coastlines of Atlantic Canada, Monsters Are Human fuses the nostalgic pulse of 80s synth with the raw energy of thrash, progressive intricacy, and the crushing weight of modern metal. Drawing inspiration from atmospheric soundscapes, our music bridges the gap between past and present, creating an immersive experience that resonates deeply with our listeners. Beyond the music, we're proud advocates for mental health awareness, with a special focus on breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. Through our sound and message, we aim to provide a voice for those struggling, reminding them that they’re never alone.
