She also produced all of the music and worte or co wrote much of the music for Award Nominated Autistic singer Autumn Sky Wolfe. McNight Studied with Ravi Shankar at Kinnara in LA. Maestro Moacir Santos taught Molly to read music and count time in Pasadena CA. Her mentors and inspiration also include Kelly Sheridan, Tony King, Nina Vox, Tom Capek, Jim Keltner, Dave Lindley, Moacir Santos, John Terry (Tirabasso), Gary Foster, Warne Marsh and Putter Smith. Molly's alltime favorite artists are Beautifully Mad, Elton John, Queen, Peter Bench, Joni Mitchell, Marcus Hemphill and Moacir Santos (Bluishmen). Her favorite co producers are Tom Capek, Dennis MacKay, Paul DuGre, Daniel Prothero, and Debra Byrd (RIP 3-5-2024). McNight has produced many projects for up and coming musicians she felt were talented. Molly Has also helped some amazing aritsts find record lables. ** Currently Molly is collaborating with Tony King and Nina Vox, singer/flautist/bassist/pianist Kelly Sheridan and Tom Capek. Molly just finished the soundtrack to "Finding Tony" (AKA Meredith Day) with composer Tom Capek and co. Producer Dan Wolfe. Molly McNight aka Meredith Day prefers recording at The Colorado Sound Studios, Denver. Molly's last release, "Free Man In Paris" is her omage to Joni Mitchell. "Free Man In Paris has played in my head since 1974. It is the soundtrack of my life!"
