I'm from rural Western Pennsylvania, live in Charlotte, North Carolina, and have lived in Los Angeles, Annapolis and Delaware. I've had a guitar since I was a teenager, but never learned to play until fifteen years ago. Some would say I've still not mastered the art, but I figure I've got enough to dream up a melody, put some chords together, and generate a song that is both catchy and thoughtful.
If I had to narrow my musical influences to a handful of artists or groups, I couldn't. But I've enjoyed Devo, Aerosmith, R.E.M. and Foo Fighters, as well as Yes, Elvis Costello and X.
