Mark R Lightcap is an award winning songwriter with credits in television and film and several song contest placements, including taking first place with his song "You See the Rose" in the Great American Song Contest. He is also in the northern California band Bad Daddy and was formerly an 11 year member of the San Francisco Bay Area rock band Uther Pendragon during the psychedelic 60s. Guerssen Records in Spain released a triple vinyl LP of Uther Pendragon's songs in January, 2016. It has received rave reviews.
