Q: So....Coming from one of your # 1 fans, how did you all come up with the name? Im sure there are many people wondering the same thing:) I like it.

A: This is one of the most commonly asked questions that we get. We're never too quick to answer as it's interesting to hear what people guess. We've heard everything from 11 being a master number in numerology, to "the 11 phenomenon" theory (where large numbers of people claim to see the number 11 everywhere, even to the point where it bothers them...I looked it up and it's true there is an 11 phenomenon, after all it's almost one of the top 10 numbers in the world (barely missed the list). We've heard the "Looking for 7-11" idea which was funny because the guy who said it was about 1100lbs. We've heard the 11th specimen theory where it's presumed that the "11th specimen", gathered at an aircraft crash in Roswell New Mexico, came up missing and "they" have been looking for "11" ever since. There's also the 9/11 "11" conspiracy theory where people have noted an over signifigance in relation with the number 11 and two aircraft hitting the wtc...oh wait, the words "aircraft" and "wtc" together have 11 letters...oooh that is scary. But no, that's not it either. We've been asked if it's a gambling thing like in craps or slots or blackjack or..?? Lol. Then every now and then somebody asks if it's a reference to the "11" on the volume knobs of Marshall heads that "Nigel Tuffnel" highlights in the Rob Reiner film "Spinal Tap". (...love that movie!!). There's been quite a few other ideas too. What do you think it means? The duty of an artist on any level is to deepen the mystery as mysteriousness spawns speculation, thoughts, and conversation. What we can say for sure is that 11 seems to be a pretty lucky number...at least for us it is.
