La Unica

La Única (\lä, oo’-nee-kä\) is a uniquely integrated band, combining contemporary and traditional elements to form a distinctly American sound. The band experiments with a variety of musical influences -- including Irish folk, Latin, funk, rock, and soul -- to convey an experience that is now defining the genre of New American Roots. Based out of Washington, DC, La Única ijust released its debut, self-titled album.
