Q: What was the inspiration behind "Dead Canary?" Did it inspire your band name? Did it take forever to write? It is one of my favorite songs of all time. I wish I had written it!

A: The song is inspired by the tragic life of a canary and how they are used to help others in their sacrifice for good. There are a lot of people who are canaries, this song is for them. The song did in fact inspire the band name and was written in one sitting. -Mikey F.
