Joe Rieg found his way to the stage with a pair of sticks in Rock & Roll Capitol of the World and with much more to see in the music industry, moved to the Songwriting Capital of the World.
After spending a lifetime behind a drum set and picking guitars in Cleveland Ohio, Joe moved south in 2010 and now lives in Nashville performing, writing and producing. Joe's radio show, "In the Studio with Joe" along with the "Nashville Songwriting Center" has led to many exciting opportunities. Joe is a regular on the songwriting stages of Music City and behind the kit on the Honky Tonk Stages of Lower Broadway.
Joe returns to his hometown of Cleveland Ohio to share what’s up in the industry. He hosts more than week long stay with the Nashville Nights Songwriters Showcases and invites local writers to tell the story behind their song in Nashville Styled Rounds. You can also catch Joe Kicking it Behind the Kit shows along with solo and duet shows / covers and originals as part of the Week in Cleveland with Joe 2027 series.
"I enjoy the Art of Song Craft and have the opportunity to play and record at the top songwriting venues on the planet, capturing some of the best one-of-a-kind live recordings by the songwriters themselves. Truly a treasure, I personally thank all of the writers for their support”.. Joe
