Singer, songwriter, guitarist, Robert John Hanson was born in Liverpool, England, the year Beatles changed the sound and direction of rock music. Loyal to the British sound and style even after moving to the US, his music reflects the influence of The Beatles, Bowie, Queen, Pink Floyd, and The Kinks. Currently living in Rhode Island, where he played and produced for The Kelly Walsh Band, and the prog rock group, Coma, he has lived in New York and Los Angeles where he played with Spinal Reflex and Grandma Tootle. His upcoming album, The Bitter Suite, is an eclectic mix of pop, rock, jazz, and modern classical sounds. Inspired by the death of a friend, The Bitter Suite engages the depth and edge of love and loss and the elusive search for a happy ending. Find his music on all streaming platforms.
