A distinguished finalist in the Nationwide Winfield Festival New Song Stage 2025 as well as a Susanne Millsap's Performing Songwriter Contest in Salt Lake City. Notable appearances include the Evanston Music Festival, Walsburg Music Festival, Spring City Music Festival, Park City TV (PCTV), and the Ogden Music Festival, where he opened for The Wood Brothers. He has also partnered with the Utah and Salt Lake City Arts Council on various projects and performed at numerous private events in Park City. Jim thrives on collaboration with fellow local musicians from the country, bluegrass, and folk-rock scenes throughout Utah.
