In 2007 Jillian picked up a guitar and started writing songs. Soon after she and husband Jim Graham and Steve Torgerson formed a folk-pop band. They played all over Seattle. Jillian and Jim played in Seoul Korea where Jillian was also asked to sing the Korean National Anthem for the 2010 IKAA International Korean Adoptee Gathering. She performed on Korean radio and numerous Korean events.
Jillian believes in “playing" it forward where she organized and performed at many charity and fundraising events.
Together, they have put out 3 pop folk CDs; “Out of the Blue (2008), “Q” in (2009) and “Movin’ On” (2012). They have also collaborated on 3 CDs with Norway’s Medication Club. www.reverbnation.com/medicationclub.
Since 2015, Jillian and Jim performed and recorded jazz music with their group SwingShift, and have also created many ambient and atmospheric CDs under the name Levete.
