Acclaimed composer, saxophonist and harmonica innovator JESSIE ALLEN COOPER is once again in his native Northwest Washington... After many years in the L.A. music scene, Mr. Cooper has returned to his Everett, WA roots, has established his new rehearsal and recording studio, and is now available for live events ranging from club dates to major concert venues. Performance possibilities include solo sax and/or harmonica with tracks up through full band, complete with lights and sound systems. Jessie Allen Cooper’s music runs the gamut from jazz and blues to pop, R&B, rock and World, as evidenced by his 15 albums to date (with a new one currently in the works), utilizing some of L.A.’s top session players. Recent gigs include the “Adhere 13 Blues Bar” in Bangkok, Thailand, plus numerous Southern and Northern California venues, such as the Pasadena Civic Auditorium for the International Peace Ceremony and the Whole Life Expo, The L.A. Convention Center, Abbott Kinney Festival and the Pico Festival in Santa Monica. A major LA highlight was his active participation and Jessie Allen Cooper Band performance for a Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation Benefit event at The Beverly Hilton, hosted by Robin Williams.
